Introduction
Lucy is an accomplished agile coach and trainer. According to figures reported at the end of 2020, she was one of seven agile coaches recognised by the international Scrum Alliance. She is also Scrum Alliance’s first female mentor in the Chinese-speaking region.
Lucy is a leader in China’s agile community, the initiator of a community for women in agile, and the founder of tobeagile.cn.
She has extensive practical experience in business, including team building, organisational development, product innovation and change. She is also a CSA-authorised trainer for online facilitation courses.
