Facilitator Certification Pathway

Three levels. A clear path to developing and demonstrating your facilitation skills.

Professional Facilitator’s Learning and Certification Pathway

Develop your facilitation skills through a guided pathway of three stages, combining practical learning, feedback and certification. Starting with the foundations, you build towards facilitating complex organisational development processes.

At each stage, you demonstrate your skills against clear competency criteria, earning certification that helps clients and colleagues recognise your professional capabilities.

For consultants, trainers, project managers, coaches and meeting leaders working independently or within organisations.

Why this certification?

This certification focuses on what you can do. Instead of spending your time on unnecessary paperwork, you demonstrate your facilitation skills through practical cases and dynamic assessment.

Collaboration is part of every stage. You work with other participants, exchange feedback and learn together. Certification is a milestone in your professional development—the purpose is to grow as a facilitator, with learning built into the assessment itself.
