Introduction
Ben Gao is a Grape People CSA Certified Facilitation Trainer, an Impactful CSA Certified Facilitator, and a facilitation expert at Ziqian International Entrepreneurship Education Institute. He is also a brief coach and an OH Cards coach.
Ben has extensive experience in business management, management consulting, organisational operations and community management. He specialises in consulting and facilitation for organisational development and change, and has worked with many leading Chinese and international companies.
He also champions and practises facilitative learning. In 2017, he founded the Ai Yindao facilitation learning community, bringing together experienced facilitators, trainers, coaches and HR professionals in Shanghai. The community holds weekly study sessions and monthly discussion events and training courses. It helps newcomers to facilitation and training develop the skills and confidence to facilitate independently.
Ben also supports charitable organisations, including True Love Dream and Shanshu.
