Associate Certified Facilitator Training
Bring people together. Build shared understanding. Turn ideas into action.

Programme overview
Learn to guide groups through a structured participatory dialogue process that helps people understand one another, align their ideas and make decisions together.
In the training, you will learn practical facilitation tools and how to manage group dynamics. During certification, you will develop your workshop-design skills through small-group learning and feedback.
How certification works
Certification is a practical workshop-design training and a small-group learning activity. You will design workshops, learn from fellow participants and receive feedback from Pepe Nummi. The focus is an essential facilitator skill: designing a process that supports the group’s purpose. A well-designed workshop lays the foundation for effective delivery.
Assessment focuses on workshop design and combines self-assessment, peer assessment and assessment by Pepe. Participants who meet the criteria receive a Certificate of Facilitation Competence.
