Spark of inspiration is a FREE interactive online mini-training that introduces a new facilitation method every month. The training is hosted by the founder of Grape People and the facilitation trailblazer Pepe Nummi. We also have excellent visiting hosts coming to share their expertise in facilitation. Spark of Inspiration is designed to give people the knowledge they need to create better and more engaging meetings in order to achieve breakthrough decisions.

Facilitating Creativity - there are many tools and methods that enhance individual creativity. However, individual ideas that are not well understood and have not overcome group resistance are not worth much!
The key challenge of a facilitator is not how to help the individuals be creative, but how to help people share their ideas, logic, and beliefs in order to create true breakthroughs that are agreed to on a group level.
In this interactive session you get to try creative methods yourself and you learn:
- How to enhance individual creativity
- Key principles and tools of co-creation
- To facilitate creative sessions

Trainer and Facilitator
Pepe Nummi is a founder of Grape People, a Finnish training company specializing in facilitation. Pepe has worked as a facilitator since 1998 and served as the inaugural chairman of the Finnish Association of Facilitators. Pepe is the developer of the Idealogue method and is the author of The Handbook on Facilitation, The Handbook of Virtual Facilitation, and Beyond Brainstorming Idealogue. Over the course of his long career, he has trained over 15,000 people in more than 20 different countries.
