If you fall ill and are prevented from participating in the training at short notice, let us know as soon as possible, and we can agree to postpone your participation to another event date. We are flexible and want to offer the best possible solution to you.
Changes on the part of the organising party
We reserve the right to make any changes (for example, to the program, content and trainer). If the training event must be cancelled completely, we will notify the participants by e-mail no later than 14 days before the start of the training and we will return any prepaid participation fees to the customers in full. We shall not be responsible for indirect costs incurred by participants for cancellation (e.g., airline tickets).
