Pepe Nummi is not a professor, teacher, or academic researcher—and that’s exactly what makes his perspective so unique. He’s a hands-on expert in group work with decades of experience in helping teams solve problems, resolve conflicts, and make better decisions together. His work blends creativity, humor, and a deep understanding of human interaction.

Pepe has worked as a facilitator since 1998. He is one of the pioneers of professional facilitation in Europe and a founding partner of Grape People, a company dedicated to facilitation training and services for organizations across the globe.

He is known for his innovative group methods that have helped businesses and communities achieve real results through collaboration. Pepe is also the creator of the Idealogue method and the author of several books including The Handbook of Professional Facilitation, The Handbook of Facilitative Leadership, and Beyond Brainstorming – Idealogue. His books have been published in multiple languages and his methods are used worldwide.

Over the years, Pepe has facilitated in more than 20 countries and trained over 15,000 facilitators. He holds a BBA and an MA, and is a Certified Professional Facilitator.
