For over a decade, Floris has used his facilitation and training talent in many different settings. With a background in intercultural communication as well as theatre, Floris is helping organizations to develop their teams, implementing strategy and use interactive ways of working. 

Floris is best described as honest, enthusiastic and fun. His easy-going communication style allows him to engage on a personal level, yet he is not afraid to challenge assumptions or to intervene to assure that goals are met. You can also wake him up in the middle of the night to go scuba diving.
